FEV’s certified organic coffee is served throughout the day starting at 6 am. Our coffee, the Catura variety of Arabica, was the top scoring certified organic coffee in Nicaragua’s first Cup of Excellence competition in 2007 and is grown carefully under the natural forest canopy making for both excellent coffee and habitat for birds and animals.
One of the world’s more discerning coffee companies, Counter Culture Coffee based in Durham, North Carolina, purchases our entire coffee crop annually. Also, they purchase coffee from a number of certified organic, family owned coffee farms in San Ramon.
