Locavor/Slow Food

FEV chefs create wonderful meals from our own fresh, organic vegetables, fruits, and eggs adding other locally grown items as needed. Organic coffee grown on the farm is served (por su puesto!) throughout the day. Our delicate and delicious jams are home made from fruit growing on the farm. From our immediate neighbors, FEV purchases milk, poultry, wildflower honey, and papayas.

Our chefs bake bread and pizza in our wood-fired oven and serve fresh, hand made tortillas at most meals. Freshly made fruit juices such as papaya, water melon, passion fruit, pineapple and other delicious tropical fruit juices unfamiliar to our guests are served at every meal. All this abundance our cooks transform into delightful and delicious meals served “family style” three times a day, seven days a week.

            

 

We are very proud of our certified mountain spring water. Make sure to fill up your bottle and any jugs you might have brought with you before departing.
